Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity simulation environments for testing autonomous driving algorithms and software
• Design a system that executes large-scale simulation experiments to validate and verify the performance of perception, planning, and control algorithms
• Design a system that facilitates the development process and supports data-driven decision-making, particularly in the analysis of simulation results, providing actionable insights to improve the performance and reliability of autonomous driving systems.
• Manage and achieve goals through multidisciplinary engineering teams, including software engineers, robotics engineers, and data scientists, to successfully integrate simulation tools into the development pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in simulation technology and incorporate them into our development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in developing simulation environments for autonomous driving systems, or related experiences.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems within virtual simulations and provide in-depth analyses.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and delegating tasks effectively.
