As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our team by driving full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to build and execute strategies that ensure we hire world-class talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.

  • Sourcing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active technical candidates.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms to identify top talent.

  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide expert advice on hiring trends, market conditions, and competitive compensation.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and provide updates.

  • Data-Driven Recruiting:
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose actionable solutions.

  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote 42dot as an employer of choice through networking events, social media, and professional communities.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content tailored to technical talent.

  • On-boarding process:
  • Contribute to the onboarding process to help a new joiner settle down by fostering engagement, coordinating across teams and ensuring transparency etc.

  • Diversity & Inclusion:
  • Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uphold diversity and inclusion goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and talent mapping.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including software development lifecycles, programming languages, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
