Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team 은 System Experience, Service Experience,

Infotainment Experience, Driving Experience, HMI, UI Framework & Design System,

Globalization Framework 등 다양한 Product Experience 조직의 포트폴리오를 통합적으로

관리하며, 기능 정의부터 UX/UI 설계, 개발 연계 및 출시 준비까지 제품 경험 개발 전반의

실행 체계를 운영합니다.

팀 리더로서 제품 포트폴리오의 전략적 우선순위를 수립하고, 다양한 Product

Experience 및 Engineering 조직과 협업하여 차세대 커넥티드 차량 경험의 개발 방향과

실행을 리딩하는 역할을 담당합니다.

• Product Experience 조직의 포트폴리오를 통합적으로 운영하며 차세대 차량 경험의

전략과 실행을 연결합니다.

• Product, UX, Engineering, Business 조직을 아우르는 Cross-functional 협업을 통해

복잡한 이해관계를 조율하고 글로벌 프로젝트의 성공적인 실행을 이끕니다.

• 제품 포트폴리오 거버넌스 체계를 구축하고 지속적으로 개선하며 글로벌 모빌리티

플랫폼 개발의 운영 표준을 만들어갑니다.

The Connect Product Experience Group defines and delivers the product experiences that

power Hyundai Motor Group’s next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform.

Working across software, design, and vehicle development, the group creates intuitive,

consistent, and connected experiences that shape how customers interact with Hyundai,

Genesis, and Kia vehicles.

The Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team drives portfolio planning and execution

across Product Experience teams, ensuring that feature priorities, UX/UI development,

engineering alignment, and release readiness are managed through a unified governance

framework.

As the Team Lead, Connect Product Portfolio Governance, you will serve as a key member

of the Connect Product Experience Group leadership team, leading portfolio strategy,

prioritization, and execution governance across multiple Product Experience organizations.

You will work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure the

successful delivery of next-generation connected vehicle experiences.

• Lead portfolio governance across multiple Product Experience teams and drive

strategic execution for the next generation of connected vehicle experiences.

• Align Product, UX, Engineering, and Business organizations to successfully deliver

complex, cross-functional software programs.

• Build scalable governance processes that improve transparency, execution

efficiency, and organizational alignment across global product development.

Responsibilities

• Connect Product Experience Group 전반의 제품 포트폴리오를 관리하며 신규 기능

  요청 및 변경 사항에 대한 Intake 와 우선순위 수립을 리딩합니다.

• 제품 전략, 고객 가치, 개발 일정, 기술적 난이도, 리소스 및 조직의 Capacity 를

  종합적으로 고려하여 포트폴리오 우선순위를 수립하고 Connect Product Council 의

  의사결정을 지원합니다.

• 승인된 우선순위를 기반으로 기능 정의, UX/UI 설계, 프로토타입, 디자인 리뷰,

  엔지니어링 Handoff 및 Release 준비까지 전 과정의 통합 실행 계획을 수립하고

  운영합니다.

• Product Experience 조직과 협업하여 업무량 및 Capacity 를 관리하고, 우선순위

  변경에 따른 일정 및 리소스 영향을 분석합니다.

• Cross-functional 조직 간 Dependency, 리스크, 주요 이슈 및 Scope 변경 사항을

  관리하고, 필요한 대응 방안을 수립하여 프로그램의 안정적인 실행을 지원합니다.

• 42dot 및 현대자동차그룹의 주요 이해관계자와 긴밀히 협업하며 포트폴리오 현황,

  주요 의사결정, 리스크 및 Trade-off 를 효과적으로 공유합니다.

• Engineering Program Manager, Vehicle Program, UX Strategy, Vehicle Design, Product

  및 Business 조직과 협업하여 제품 경험 개발 일정이 소프트웨어 및 차량 개발

  계획과 정렬될 수 있도록 리딩합니다.

• 기능 정의, UX/UI 산출물, 프로토타입, 승인 절차 및 Engineering Handoff 가 조직의

  품질 기준과 Release Readiness 를 충족할 수 있도록 관리합니다.

• Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team 을 구축하고 리딩하며 조직 성장에 맞춰

  팀 역량과 운영 체계를 지속적으로 발전시킵니다.

• Portfolio Intake, Planning, Review, Decision Tracking, Documentation 및

  Communication 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선하여 조직 전반의 실행력과 투명성을

  향상시킵니다.

• Lead portfolio intake and prioritization across the Connect Product Experience

  Group, managing new feature requests and scope changes across multiple Product

  Experience teams.

• Establish portfolio priorities based on product strategy, customer value, technical

  feasibility, development effort, organizational capacity, and program timelines,

  while supporting decision-making through the Connect Product Council.

• Develop and manage integrated execution plans covering functional definition,

  UX/UI design, prototyping, design reviews, engineering handoffs, approval

  milestones, and release readiness.

• Partner with Product Experience teams to facilitate effort estimation, capacity

  planning, and workload balancing while evaluating the impact of changing

  priorities.

• Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, unresolved decisions, and

  major scope changes, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful program

  execution.

• Collaborate closely with executives and key stakeholders across 42dot and Hyundai

  Motor Group, providing clear visibility into portfolio priorities, delivery progress,

  trade-offs, risks, and key decisions.

• Work with Engineering Program Managers, Vehicle Programs, UX Strategy,

  Vehicle Design, Product, and Business stakeholders to align product experience

  development with vehicle and software release plans.

• Ensure that functional definitions, UX/UI deliverables, prototypes, engineering

  handoffs, and documentation meet agreed quality standards and release readiness

  criteria.

• Build, lead, and grow the Connect Product Portfolio Governance Team while

  continuously strengthening team capabilities and operational excellence.

• Continuously improve portfolio governance processes, including intake, planning,

  review, decision tracking, documentation, and communication, to enhance

  transparency, accountability, and execution efficiency.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Program Management, Business, Engineering 또는 관련 분야의

  학사 이상 학위 또는 이에 준하는 경력

• Software Program Management, Product Operations, Product Management, Portfolio

  Management 또는 관련 분야에서 10 년 이상의 경력

• 다양한 Product, Design 및 Engineering 조직과 협업하여 Consumer Software 제품을

  성공적으로 개발 및 출시한 경험

• 제품 정의부터 설계, 개발, 검증 및 출시까지 Software Product Development Lifecycle

  전반에 대한 깊은 이해

• 제품 포트폴리오의 우선순위 수립, 통합 일정 관리, Capacity Planning, Dependency

  관리 및 주요 마일스톤 운영 경험

• 다양한 요구사항과 이해관계자의 의견을 조율하고 실행 가능한 계획으로 구체화한

  경험

• 복잡한 Cross-functional 프로젝트를 리딩하며 다양한 기술 및 비즈니스

  이해관계자와 효과적으로 협업한 경험

• 글로벌 조직에서 다양한 국가 및 문화권의 팀과 협업한 경험

• 한국어에 능통하며 글로벌 조직과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 수준의 영어

  커뮤니케이션 역량

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Program Management,

  Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 10+ years of experience in Software Program Management, Product Operations,

  Product Management, Portfolio Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale consumer software products across

  multiple Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software product development lifecycle,

  from product definition and design through implementation, validation, and release.

• Extensive experience establishing portfolio priorities, integrated planning, capacity

  planning, dependency management, and milestone execution.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate competing priorities, facilitate cross-functional

  decision-making, and translate complex business requirements into executable

  plans.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership

  skills with experience influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating across global organizations, cultures, and time zones

  within an international business environment.

• Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English, with the ability to lead

  meetings, present recommendations, resolve complex issues, and communicate

  effectively with global stakeholders.

  포트폴리오 운영 경험

• Agile 기반의 개발 프로세스 및 Portfolio Governance 체계를 구축하고 운영한 경험

• Jira, Confluence 등을 활용한 포트폴리오 관리, 일정 관리, Documentation 및

  의사결정 관리 경험

• Experience working closely with UX/UI, Product Design, UX Research, Service

  Design, or HMI organizations.

• Experience developing automotive software, Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), invehicle infotainment, digital cockpit systems, connected services, Android

  Automotive OS, or other large-scale software platforms.

• Experience managing product portfolios across multiple brands, products, vehicle

  programs, regions, or release configurations.

• Experience establishing portfolio governance, planning, intake, and cross-functional

  operating processes using Agile development methodologies.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools for portfolio

  planning, dependency management, documentation, reporting, and decision

  tracking.

Engineering, and Business teams around a shared portfolio vision. You will help define

how next-generation vehicle experiences are planned, prioritized, and delivered while

establishing governance practices that enable teams to move faster and work more

effectively together.
