The Security role protects critical user and company assets by establishing an integrated security framework across the SDV platform, services, and enterprise systems. The team defines and operates comprehensive security policies spanning information security, privacy protection, and security compliance.
Across development environments, cloud infrastructure, and vehicle systems, Security minimizes potential threats through proactive security assessments and training programs, enhancing both system safety and reliability to deliver a trusted mobility environment.
- Ensures compliance with information security and privacy regulations while managing the acquisition and ongoing maintenance of security certifications.
- Builds and operates privacy management frameworks while overseeing data access control and encryption policies.
The Investment role supports sustainable growth by maximizing corporate value and advancing long-term business strategies. Centered around Investor Relations (IR) and Corporate Development, the team leads strategic investment initiatives and financing activities.
Through global capital raising, the organization strengthens financial stability while driving future growth through strategic investments, including M&A and joint ventures (JV), securing the critical resources needed to realize the company’s long-term vision.
- Investor Relations (IR): Builds investor trust through transparent communication, providing corporate updates and hosting briefings on financial and business performance.
- Corporate Development: Supports the evaluation and execution of strategic M&A and joint venture opportunities while conducting in-depth investment analysis for new business initiatives.
The Finance role supports the company’s strategic growth through enterprise-wide financial planning and transparent financial operations. By integrating core finance functions — including FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury — the team serves as a Finance Business Partner (FBP) optimized for a mobility technology business.
Anchored in accurate financial data and analysis, Finance supports executive decision-making while establishing a stable financial foundation and robust internal control systems aligned with the global expansion of the SDV business to underpin sustainable growth.
- FP&A: Establishes company-wide budgets and business plans while supporting management’s decision-making through financial and operational metrics analysis.
- Treasury: Manages liquidity and cash flow while overseeing payment and settlement operations to respond effectively to global financial environments.
- Accounting: Leads financial closing and the preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards, while performing tax reporting and accounting risk management.
