Tech recruiter at 42dot is responsible for establishing recruitment directions aligned with the company's business strategy, as well as sourcing top talents and managing the target talent pipeline.


  • Planning, developing, and operating strategic recruitment processes.
  • Management and oversight of recruitment processes.
  • Building partnerships aligned with company strategy and developing global core talent acquisition strategies.
  • Establishing key recruitment trends, candidate qualifications, and compensation criteria utilizing market trends and industry insights.


  • 12+ years of demonstrated experience in technology and software recruitment.
  • Highly motivated, experience with working in an agile, dynamic and fast-paced environment where things change very quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute targeted search strategies across various industries.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent acquiring solutions that drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Capable of data-driven decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to directly source and talent map in IT/startup environments
  • Recruiting experience in the Automotive sector
