As a Product Planning Manager, you will define, prioritize, and deliver new products and related features. Your products bridge technology and business of 42dot, include one or more areas of mobility devices and related services, their business models, data intelligence by autonomous driving and fleet management. You will also collaborate with teams from the R&D department and business divisions to plan products for SW, HW, vehicle platforms for mobility .

상품기획은 42dot 의 기술과 사업을 연결하는 bridge 로서, 새로운 product 를 구상합니다. 새로운 product 는 mobility 관련 device, 제조/서비스 등 사업 모델, 자율주행 및 fleet 기반 data intelligence 등 여러 분야를 포함할 수 있습니다. Mobility 의 SW, HW, vehicle 의 플랫폼화를 고려한 구체적인 기획을 여러 분야의 기술, 사업 조직과 협력하여 이뤄 냅니다.

책임 (Responsibilities)

• Deliver product roadmap and lifecycle, seed idea, product concept and reated features, and proposals for improving current products by customer data
• Elaborate key message and plans for contents supporting internal or external product events
• Hypothesize and validate end-to-end user scenario for service-oriented and safety-first mobility
• Identify products and related features taking advantages of SW, HW, vehicle platforms for mobility
• Product 기획 전반 : product roadmap and lifecycle, seed idea, product concept, feature concept, 고객 데이터 기반 기존 product 개선/신규 product 제안
• 42dot 의 방향성을 제시하는 주요 internal/external event의 key message 및 contents 구상
• service 및 safety 기반으로 사용자를 번거롭게 하지 않는 end-to-end user scenario 구체화 및 가설 검증
• SW, HW, vehicle 의 플랫폼화를 고려한 공용화 및 확장성을 반영

자격요건 (Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in following indutries : automotive OEM, mobility-related service, mobile, cloud, AI , etc.
• Proven track records in product strategy, product management or UX management leveraging customer requirements and data
• Experience with collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues ; HW, SW, design, marketing, business and more
• Auto OEM, mobility service, mobile, cloud, AI 등 관련 업계 7년 이상 경력
• 고객 요구사항, 데이터 기반 product strategy, PM or PO, UX management 경력
• HW, SW, design, marketing, 영업 등 cross-functional 협업 경력

우대사항 (Preferred Qualifications)

• Self-motivated to define problems, try, fail, and learn with a lot of ambiguity
• Simple yet persuasive writing and communication skill both in Korean and English
• Experience with research in mobility business, technology, and customer
• Interests with intelligence leveraging vehicle, service and infra data

• 간결하고 설득적인 writing, communication skill (한국어, 영어)
• 모빌리티 관련 사업, 기술, 고객 관련 research 경력
